Tower Speaker

Tower speakers are rectangular loudspeakers, generally designed to be placed on the floor. They consist of a large cabinet, around one meter long, and several loudspeakers, usually 2 to 4 (boomers, tweeters, etc.), to reproduce the different sound frequencies. 
These speakers can be active if integrated with an amplifier, or passive if not. Sold in pairs, they are generally chosen for large spaces with few space constraints. For smaller interiors, compact speakers are generally preferred.
