Where can I use the Gift Card?
The HIFI gift card is valid at all HIFI international points of sale in Luxembourg and on our website.
How long is this card valid for?
The HIFI Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
What amounts can I choose?
The minimum amount is €25 per card and the maximum amount is €500 per card.
What do I do if I want to order more than 10 cards?
If you would like to order more than 10 cards, please contact us at info@hifi.lu.
How long does it take for a card to be delivered?
Receive your e-voucher directly by email, or in the form of a physical gift card after 1 working day.
Can I make several purchases with a Gift Card?
Yes, we only deduct the amount necessary from your gift card to pay for your purchase. The remaining amount can be used for future purchases.
