Conditions for in-store returns: The return must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the product. The product must be unused , complete , in its original packaging , and include all accessories, manuals, and labels. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required. Returns are accepted for products purchased in-store . All products purchased from HiFi international, for private use, benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee. It applies automatically and does not limit your legal rights as a purchaser.
