Warranty

All products, purchased or delivered, for private use, have a 2-year warranty. The warranty offered by HIFI International corresponds to the legal warranty and does not affect the legal rights of the buyer. If the product is used for non-private purposes, the limiting warranty conditions of the manufacturer/supplier apply.

We guarantee that our products conform to your order and meet the normal expectations you may have taking into account the product specifications. We also guarantee that our products comply with all existing laws at the time of your order.

With regard to the delivery of goods, every defect must be repaired or replaced by us.

Only in the case that the repair or replacement is disproportionate or impossible, or cannot be carried out within a reasonable period of time, you have the right to dissolve the contract of sale. 

If the finding is made more than six months after delivery, the consumer is required to prove the existence of the non-conformity at the time of delivery.

Defects or damage due to improper use, such as water damage, oxidation, dropping or impact, negligence, improper maintenance, use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, as well as wear and tear, are not covered by the warranty.

Repairs carried out by technicians not authorized by the supplier will result in the loss of the warranty if the repair is related to this defect. For further information, please refer to the instructions for use supplied with the product.

The delivery note you will receive upon delivery will serve as your warranty certificate. Please keep it carefully.
