Making a complaint
We hope that all our customers are 100% satisfied. However, in case you still have complaints, please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form or at +352 20.80.00.00 (Customer Service). We promise to deal with your complaint within 7 days.
If any of the terms and conditions herein should be declared void or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions herein shall remain in full force and effect and such term or condition shall be enforceable to the extent permitted by law.
The parties accept, within the framework of their relations, the electronic means of proof (e.g. e-mail, computer backups, ...).
Only the Luxembourg courts are competent in case of dispute.
The Luxembourg law will also apply and in particular the provisions of the law of 8 April 2011 introducing the Consumer Code.
The customer has the possibility to file a complaint online to the European Commission.
