Our Commitment

If, despite our best efforts, you find the same product (same brand, same reference) for a lower price within 30 days of your in-store purchase:

• at a competitor within the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and within a 20 km radius of the store where you made your purchase,

• available for sale,

• under the same sales conditions (promotional offer, bundle, etc.) and identical services (delivery, installation, etc.)

We commit to refunding you 100% of the difference in the form of a Hifi International voucher upon presentation of proof and verification by our team.

Exclusions

Our commitment does not apply to:

• prices found online (other than www.hifi.lu),

• discounted prices during sales periods,

• subscriptions or devices tied to a subscription,

• spare parts.
