The FRITZ!Powerline 1260E WLAN Set Edition International turns every electrical outlet into a fast and secure Gigabit network access. With Gigabit Powerline up to 1200 Mbit/s and the latest 2 x 2 MIMO technology, you achieve significantly more robust connections, longer ranges and higher data rates. The duo also offers a WiFi AC+N access point with speeds of up to 1266 Mbit/s for cable-free connection of smartphones, tablets and laptops to the home network. The kit allows you to use high-speed applications with high requirements even in the most hidden corners of your house or flat.

Gigabit-class Powerline
The FRITZ!Powerline 1260E WLAN Set connects network devices such as computers, televisions or game consoles reliably to the home network via a high-speed Gigabit LAN even over long distances. The connection via the power line eliminates long distances and obstacles such as walls and ceilings. In contrast to the 500 and 200 MBit/s Powerline adapters, the FRITZ!Powerline 1260E offers significantly higher transmission capacity and more robust connections, combined with high energy efficiency. This means that several broadband applications can be used simultaneously.
 

Fast WiFi AC+N
The FRITZ!Powerline 1260E adapter in the kit extends WiFi in the home network with Gigabit speed. Powerline makes your WiFi network available comfortably, securely and flexibly so that it can be accessed even in rooms that are far away from the router. The kit is prepared for the use of WiFi Mesh with an already installed FRITZ!Box. The FRITZ!Powerline 1260E WLAN Set offers the greatest possible convenience and flexibility in wireless surfing: maximum security with WPA2 encryption, ultra-simple connection of wireless devices with WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) and data rates of up to 866 Mbit/s (WiFi AC) and 400 Mbit/s (WiFi N).

Powerful 2 x 2 MIMO technology
The FRITZ!Powerline 1260E WLAN Set is ideal for bandwidth-intensive network applications such as HD video transfer (also in 3D) or fast Internet connection, online games, web TV, NAS connection and video on demand. The transfer quality is not compromised, even over long distances. By using two pairs of wires simultaneously, 2 x 2 MIMO technology offers up to 60% more range in the home network. If two pairs of wires cannot be used simultaneously, the pair of wires that offers the best transfer (diversity) for robust powerline transmission is automatically selected.

Simple and secure right out of the box
The FRITZ!Powerline products are characterised by the default encryption, which enables immediate secure commissioning. As soon as the FRITZ!Powerline is plugged into the socket and connected via LAN cable to the FRITZ!Box and the device to be networked, the Powerline network is set up with individual AES-128 bit encryption (Plug & Play). The FRITZ!Powerline 1260E WLAN Set is compatible with current 200, 500 and 200 Mbit/s category 1 devices. Updates are easily carried out via the FRITZ!Powerline program or via the FRITZ!Box user interface.
