Don't throw away your old devices, sell them!
The HiFi Resell service offers everyone the opportunity to easily resell their electronic devices, whether smartphones, tablets, laptops or gaming consoles. After a quick valuation, carried out online or directly in-store, devices are accepted in exchange for a HiFi gift card.
The collected products are then entrusted to our partner Recommerce, who handles the local refurbishment process: diagnostics, repairs if necessary, cleaning, and restoration to like-new condition according to strict quality standards. These refurbished devices are then reintegrated into our sales network, actively contributing to more responsible consumption and the reduction of electronic waste.
What is refurbished?
At HIFI, we are committed to offering a selection of refurbished products to meet our customers’ needs while respecting the environment.
Our BigCollect program applies exclusively to large household appliances: during deliveries, we collect customers’ old equipment. These appliances are then sorted and sent to our partner workshops, where they undergo thorough testing, careful disinfection, and repairs if needed. Once restored, they are sent to our logistics platform in Contern before being offered for sale in our stores.
For smartphones, tablets, computers, and game consoles, refurbished products come from our Buy-Back service. They also go through a detailed inspection and refurbishment process before being made available in our stores.
All our refurbished products come with a 2-year warranty, giving you peace of mind comparable to buying new.
