The world's first connected wine cellar now available in a 149-bottle version! Elected "Grand prix de l'innovation 2022" at the Paris fair for its 185-bottle model, the ECELLAR is now available in a compact format with a capacity of 149 bottles. The ECELLAR150 is equipped with 11 intelligent shelves that autonomously detect the bottles added to and removed from the cellar.

Designed, developed and manufactured in France, the ECELLAR150's shelves are a real jewel of technology, the result of several years of development. Aesthetically pleasing and intelligent, they have been designed to accommodate Champagne-sized bottles (up to 9.5cm in diameter) because there is no question of putting aside your favourite bottles just because they don't fit in your cellar.

Connected to your smartphone, they automatically detect the addition and removal of your bottles to guarantee a real-time record.

The permanent link between the ECELLAR150 and its dedicated VINOTAG® application allows you to identify your bottles by means of a simple photo and to access a detailed wine file for your bottle. Identify, store and find your bottles with ease thanks to the ECELLAR150 and enjoy an instant view of your cellar and its contents directly on your smartphone.

VINOTAG® has partnered with the world's largest wine database: VIVINO®.

You have just bought a bottle or you have received a nice gift, let it age in your cellar! Open your VINOTAG® application, take a photo of the label of your bottle; the VINOTAG® - VIVINO® partnership gives you access to a detailed wine file in a few seconds. You no longer need to create your cards yourself; a comment, rating and "favourite" bookmark space is even available to allow you to personalise them according to your desires.

Intelligent racks, made in France
The innovation of the ECELLAR150 lies in its intelligent shelves. Equipped with 12 sensors, they automatically detect the addition and removal of bottles and report each movement in your application.

Take a picture of your bottle label to identify it, then? Place it where you want it, the ECELLAR150 cellar automatically detects it; it now knows which bottle is placed where.

The connected racks have been developed to accommodate a wide range of bottle sizes up to 9.5cm in diameter. The Bordeaux bottle size is no longer the norm and the cellar allows you to store all your favourite bottles without exception.

ESommelier® assisted placement
The ECELLAR150 offers an ESommelier® function to help you place your bottles.

This assisted placement function determines the optimal location to ensure the proper aging of your wine. This placement is defined by the type of wine and the associated storage time. Based on this data and the natural temperature distribution in your cellar, the ECELLAR150 determines an ideal location for your bottle to age.

The ESommelier® function is also useful in allowing you to view the available locations in your cellar, a tip to keep in mind when your cellar is almost full.

Locating your bottles
To search for a bottle, enter a few clues in the search bar of your app. To find the bottle in question, press "show in my cellar" and an indicator light will come on in your physical cellar to show you its exact location.

Wine Library & Sharing your cellar
And because we are as passionate about wine as you are, the "wine library" and "cellar sharing" functions have been developed to allow you to keep your favourite wines or create a wish list to share with your friends and family.

Safe wine storage at home
A precise and constant temperature
The ageing of wine depends on its storage temperature, the ideal storage temperature is 12°C. A temperature that is too high accelerates the ageing process, while a temperature that is too low slows it down. Consistency and stability of temperature are also essential, as strong and repeated variations alter the vivacity of the wine. The ECELLAR150 offers you optimal temperature management, down to the degree, to allow your best wines to fully develop. Keep your most precious wines in complete peace of mind with its visual and audible temperature alarm and its winter function.

Controlled hygrometry
The humidity level in a cellar should be between 50% and 80%. If the humidity level is too low, the cork may dry out, allowing oxygen to come into contact with the wine. If it is too high, it will damage the aesthetics of your bottles by peeling off their labels and may encourage the formation of mould. To guarantee a precise temperature in your cellar, the ECELLAR150 generates regular cold cycles. Coupled with the thermodynamic operation of the evaporator, this ensures that the humidity level in the wine cellar remains ideal.

No vibrations
Repeated vibrations, even small ones, disturb the maturation of the wine: they accelerate the ageing of the youngest wines and loosen the sediments of the oldest wines, damaging them irreversibly. Thanks to its Silent Block technology, the ECELLAR150 does not generate any vibrations and offers silent operation.

Protection from light
Only darkness prevents the degradation of tannins by oxidation and the premature ageing of wine. Ultraviolet rays can, in time, give the wine a very unpleasant rancid taste called "light taste" and alter the quality of your bottles forever. To enhance your bottles while protecting them effectively, the ECELLAR150 has been developed with a triple-glazed door with UV protection.

A filtration and aeration system
In a confined space, wine can take on undesirable tastes. Without aeration, mould and bacteria can develop and alter the hermeticity of the corks and the very taste of your wine. It is important to keep your wine in a healthy environment. The ECELLAR150 is equipped with an air intake with an active carbon filter that allows for continuous air renewal, neutralizing bad odours and the proliferation of bacteria and moulds.
