Plancha mode (without lid)

O'Plancha can be used on its own to cook meat, fish and vegetables in plancha or teppanyaki mode. Compatible with all burners - including induction - it is oven-safe, and can even be used on a barbecue grill. 

So practical! 
Its two fixed handles make it easy to transport the plancha from the cooking surface to the table. An attachment point allows you to fix a third handle or any other removable accessory.

Combo mode (with lid)

In combo mode, using the lid with the Plancha opens the door to new culinary experiences: 
- Can be used as a mini oven to bake pizzas or chocolate fondants
- Enables steaming for juicy grilled meats
- Combined with the racks, it can also be used to smoke/flavor meats and fish in just a few minutes.

The lid is also ideal for : 

- Protecting fatty foods from splashes during cooking 
- Keep food warm before serving, or even finish cooking gently off the heat.

Thanks to its hinge, the lid stays open to keep the table or worktop clean. Removable, it doubles as a serving bell. Its built-in thermometer monitors cooking temperatures up to 300°C.
