Terms and Conditions of the Happy Hours Promotion
"Happy Hours" Gift Card Offer Terms & Conditions
Offer valid for any purchase made from October 8, 2026, to October 11, 2026 inclusive, on hifi.lu as well as in all participating HiFi international stores.
Customers receive a €10 gift voucher for every €100 spent on an eligible product:
- Small Domestic Appliances: Offer valid starting from a €200 purchase per item.
- Major Domestic & Built-in Appliances: Offer valid starting from a €500 purchase per item.
⚠️️ Please note: The gift voucher calculation is applied per item, not on the total cart value.
The offer applies exclusively to items within eligible categories (Small Domestic Appliances, Major Domestic Appliances, and Built-in Appliances). Combining multiple items to reach the €200 or €500 thresholds is not allowed.
- What works: Buying a refrigerator for €899 (major appliance) → You receive an €80 gift voucher.
- What does not work: Buying 2 vacuum cleaners for €120 each (total cart of €240) → Neither item individually reaches the €200 threshold, making the purchase ineligible.
How to Participate
After making a purchase, customers must complete the online registration form no later than October 11, 2026 (inclusive) with their personal details and proof of purchase (invoice/order number, store location, product reference).
The gift voucher will be sent by email within 15 working days following the receipt, pickup, or delivery of the product.
HiFi international reserves the right to verify every registration and proof of purchase to ensure strict compliance with the offer conditions. Any incomplete, incorrect, or late request will be rejected.
In the event of an order cancellation, return, or refund occurring before or after processing, no gift voucher will be awarded and any issued voucher will be cancelled.
Gift Voucher Validity
The gift voucher will be valid until December 31, 2026.
Past this date, the voucher can no longer be used, extended, or refunded in cash.
Eligible Products
The offer applies to the Small Domestic Appliances, Major Domestic Appliances, and Built-in categories for all products that are:
- In stock (in-store and on hifi.lu)
- Including discounted items and brands on promotion
