Designed for restaurant professionals and discerning wine lovers alike, the La Sommelière PRO160DZN dual-zone ageing wine cabinet offers a capacity of 152 bottles (75 cl Bordeaux type). It combines a sturdy build, equipment suited to intensive use and a refined design, with its black door frame and stainless steel door base that makes opening easier.

Its main strength lies in its two independent temperature zones, each with its own setting. The upper zone holds up to 63 bottles between 5 and 12 °C, ideal for your whites, rosés and champagnes. The lower zone takes up to 89 bottles between 12 and 20 °C, perfect for your red wines. You can keep your entire collection in a single cabinet, with every wine at the right temperature.

The interior layout has been designed for comfortable everyday use. The 15 sliding steel wire shelves present bottles horizontally with labels visible, so you can spot them instantly. They also give easy access to bottles stored at the back and accommodate different formats, including Champagne bottles.

For ageing done by the book, the PRO160DZN brings together all the essential conditions. Electronic control allows temperature setting to the nearest degree, shown on a digital thermometer with a white display. Humidity is maintained between 50 and 80%, and an activated carbon filter ensures air filtration and ventilation. The anti-vibration system keeps the wines stable. The double-glazed door in grey tempered glass with anti-UV treatment protects them from light.

Fan-assisted cooling ensures an even temperature in each zone. The Winter function maintains the set temperature even if the ambient temperature drops sharply. An audible and visual alarm alerts you to any abnormal variation, and an integrated lock keeps your investment secure.

Day to day, the white side LED lighting, controlled by a switch, showcases your bottles. When the door is opened, the fan stops automatically and the interior light switches on. The reversible door adapts to your layout, and a noise level of 38 dB makes it very discreet.

This freestanding cabinet, not suitable for built-in installation, measures 59.5 x 67.5 x 184.5 cm (W x D x H). With the free Vinotag app, you can also manage your collection digitally and track the peak drinking dates of your wines.
