The La Sommelière 28SILENCE is a compact service wine cellar designed to offer optimized storage for 28 bottles while blending discreetly into your living space. With an ultra-silent operation of just 21 dB, it is perfectly suited for everyday use in living areas without causing any noise disturbance.

Equipped with hybrid cooling technology without a fan, the 28SILENCE ensures a stable and gentle temperature setting, ideal for short-term storage and tasting. Its adjustable temperature range of 12 to 18°C makes it suitable for various types of wines, both red and white.

In terms of design, the cellar features a fully glazed door with triple glazing (low-emissivity tempered glass) that protects bottles from thermal variations and UV rays. Its integrated handle enhances the clean, modern aesthetic. The external digital control panel allows intuitive and precise temperature adjustment without opening the door.

The cellar is equipped with 6 steel wire shelves, each with a natural wood front that adds a warm, elegant touch. They are sturdy, easy to maintain, and allow smooth storage of standard Bordeaux bottles (75 cl). The cold white LED lighting discreetly showcases your collection without affecting wine quality.

Designed for simplicity and safety, the 28SILENCE includes a temperature alarm system and a temperature memory function in the event of a power outage. It uses a low environmental impact R600a cooling system, has a type E plug, and rests on two adjustable feet for stable placement.

This wine cellar is freestanding only: it must not be built in. It has an annual energy consumption of 96 kWh/year (energy class F) and is suitable for ambient temperatures between 16 and 32 °C (climate class N).
