The La Sommelière SMART112 service wine cabinet is designed for both wine lovers and enthusiasts who want to store and age their bottles in optimal conditions, while keeping full control over their collection. With a capacity of 112 bottles of the Bordeaux 75 cl type, it offers generous space to build a fine personal cellar.

The real strength of the SMART112 lies in its smart connectivity. Thanks to the Vinotag app and its built-in Wifi connection, temperature and lighting, available in three different modes, can be controlled remotely and at any time from a smartphone. This remote-control function brings a whole new level of peace of mind, allowing settings to be adjusted from anywhere. The cabinet operates on a single temperature zone, adjustable from 5 to 20°C, bringing each wine to its ideal serving temperature and fully revealing its aromas, all managed via an intuitive digital control panel.

The SMART112's design was created to effectively protect the contents of the cabinet. Its double-glazed door, reversible and treated with anti-UV protection, shields the bottles from light while showcasing them beautifully thanks to warm white LED interior lighting. An active carbon filter also maintains optimal air quality inside the cabinet, preventing unwanted odours that could affect the wine, for storage in a perfectly healthy environment.

Storage is organised around five traditional wooden shelves with a natural wood front, ergonomically designed to hold Bordeaux-style bottles. Removable, they easily adapt to different needs and allow the collection to be arranged as desired, while effectively absorbing vibrations to preserve the wine's integrity.

In terms of safety, the cabinet continuously monitors the door, temperature, carbon filter status and Wifi connection, and includes a temperature memory to ensure consistent regulation. Its reversible door makes it easy to install in any interior layout, for freestanding use only.
