Give your wines the ideal conditions to reveal their full potential with the La Sommelière Apogee APOGEE190DZN ageing wine cabinet. Designed for enthusiasts and collectors alike, this freestanding wine cabinet combines large capacity, dual temperature zones and Wi-Fi connectivity to keep track of your bottles every day.

With a capacity of 181 bottles, it holds a substantial collection spread across two independent zones: 88 bottles in the upper zone, adjustable from 5 to 12 °C, and 93 bottles in the lower zone, adjustable from 12 to 20 °C. You can therefore store your wines for ageing and chill those intended for tasting, all in the same appliance.

The 5 wooden shelves, removable and multi-format, are designed to hold different types of bottles (Alsace, Burgundy, Champagne). Three of them allow head-to-tail storage and two horizontal storage, for an organisation tailored to your collection. The cool white LED lighting system built in under the shelves illuminates the entire interior, with a switch and a permanent lighting option to showcase your collection.

Thanks to its Wi-Fi connection, the cabinet can be controlled remotely from the Vinotag app on your smartphone: temperature, lighting and alarms remain accessible at any time. Alerts notify you if the door is left open, the temperature varies, the charcoal filter needs replacing or the Wi-Fi connection is lost.

A true ageing wine cabinet, it reproduces the conditions of a natural cellar. Temperature is controlled by an electronic thermometer and fan-assisted cooling ensures it remains uniform. An activated charcoal filter guarantees air filtration and ventilation, while humidity is maintained between 50 and 80%. The double-glazed door in tempered glass, anti-UV and Low-E, protects your wines from light, and the anti-vibration system preserves their proper ageing. A winter system is also built in.

In terms of practicality, the handleless door opens by its frame and features a lock to secure your collection, complemented by a child safety function. Castors and adjustable feet make installation easier. Quiet at 38 dB, it has an energy class F rating with a consumption of 122 kWh per year and operates in a room between 10 and 38 °C (climate class SN/ST). Its dimensions are 55.5 x 58 x 177 cm (W x D x H) and it weighs 74 kg. This appliance is intended exclusively for freestanding installation and must not be built in.
