Description
The Miele KM 8462 FR induction hob combines performance, precision and elegance to fit perfectly into a modern kitchen. With its 626 mm width and stainless steel frame designed for standard installation, it offers simple setup while adding a touch of refinement thanks to its black ceramic glass surface.
This hob features 4 cooking zones, including a particularly versatile PowerFlex zone. This zone can operate as two independent hobs or combine into a single cooking bridge of 230 x 390 mm, ideal for a fish kettle or a large dish. Thanks to automatic pot detection and size recognition, power adapts intelligently to each pan, supporting up to 4 pans simultaneously, for optimised cooking with no wasted energy.
Control is via the SingleSlide function, a central touch slider allowing precise and intuitive adjustment of cooking levels, with an easy-to-read yellow display. The Booster function delivers particularly short heat-up times, with a total connected load of up to 7.36 kW, for fast results even with the most demanding dishes.
User comfort is at the heart of this hob: Stop & Go function to instantly pause cooking, automatic keep-warm function, programmable cooking start, timer function, safety shut-off and start-up lock for everyday peace of mind. A residual heat indicator and overheat protection complete this equipment, designed with the whole family's safety in mind.
Connected via Miele@home and the Con@ctivity function, this hob integrates into a smart appliance ecosystem, giving access to recipes and full Smart Home integration to control your kitchen in a new way.
