Filtra Pro, for fries like a chef! Filtra Pro Inox & Design is a semi-professional fryer with a cold zone. With its 4-liter oil capacity, you can prepare up to 1.3 kg of delicious French fries. It features a patented filter that clarifies your oil to remove all residues and keep it clean, and an immersed heating element that guarantees fast, successful frying. Filtra Pro Inox & Design can be completely disassembled and all components, with the exception of the heating block, are dishwasher-safe. It features an adjustable thermostat and mechanical timer. The lid, fitted with a control porthole for easy monitoring, can be used during frying. It features a permanent metal filter.
