Built on Belgian know-how dating back to 1958, it was designed for big gatherings: thanks to its extendable design, the appliance stretches up to 67.5 cm to sit right in the middle of the table, giving everyone easy access. The Gourmet is about much more than raclette. Its two independent, reversible plates offer a grill surface on one side and a plancha surface on the other. No need to choose: while the cheese melts gently in the pans, meat, vegetables, fish or prawns sizzle on top. Everyone builds their plate their own way, so no two evenings are ever the same.

Its 3-in-1 central zone is one of its smartest ideas. During the meal, it keeps potatoes and side dishes nice and warm, and serves as a pan rest between batches. Once the appliance is switched off and cleaned, the 8 pans and 8 spatulas slot into the dedicated storage space just below. All the accessories stay together, ready for the next get-together.
