With a speed of 31 pages per minute in both black and colour and a first page out in under 9.9 seconds, your documents are ready before you have even left your chair. Automatic duplex printing at 20 pages per minute cuts paper consumption, while a resolution of up to 2,400 x 600 dpi ensures sharp text and vivid colours for quotes, presentations and marketing materials with a truly professional finish.
Scanning is one of its major strengths. Thanks to its Dual CIS scanner, it captures both sides of a document in a single pass, at up to 56 images per minute. The 80-sheet automatic document feeder handles even the thickest files, and you can send scans straight to email, a network folder, SharePoint, a USB drive or as editable text with OCR.
Day to day, everything is controlled from the 8.8 cm colour touchscreen, with 48 customisable shortcuts to launch repetitive tasks at a single touch. For paper handling, the 250-sheet tray, expandable up to 750 sheets, and the 50-sheet multi-purpose tray mean fewer refills, and a sensor alerts you when paper is running low.
Connectivity is built for business: dual-band Wi-Fi at 2.4 and 5 GHz, Gigabit Ethernet, a front USB port and mobile printing via Apple AirPrint, Mopria, Brother Mobile Connect or Microsoft Universal Print.
