The EZVIZ HB8 Lite 4G Kit outdoor security camera has been designed to provide fully autonomous, flexible, and intelligent surveillance, even in locations without permanent electrical access. Powered by a rechargeable battery and supplied with an included 5W solar panel, this kit enables easy installation and continuous protection without complicated wiring. This complete system combines mobility, energy autonomy, and advanced detection technologies to ensure reliable security for homes, remote properties, construction sites, or vacation residences.

The HB8 Lite Kit integrates EZVIZ’s innovative AOV (Always-On Video) technology, enabling optimized continuous recording while efficiently preserving battery life. Unlike conventional battery cameras that only record when nearby PIR motion is detected, this intelligent system can continuously capture time-lapse footage and automatically switch to standard-speed video whenever activity is detected. This approach guarantees constant monitoring with controlled energy consumption.

The included solar kit provides enhanced autonomy thanks to its high-efficiency 5W photovoltaic solar panel using monocrystalline cells. With only a few hours of direct sunlight per day, the system can maintain uninterrupted monitoring without manual intervention. Its 360° adjustable bracket and 3-meter cable offer excellent installation flexibility to optimize sunlight exposure depending on the environment.

Designed for high-performance outdoor monitoring, the camera delivers highly detailed 2K+ resolution along with motorized panoramic coverage featuring up to 340° horizontal rotation and 80° vertical tilt. A single camera can therefore efficiently cover large areas with excellent visibility. Thanks to built-in artificial intelligence, the camera accurately distinguishes people and vehicles from less important movements in order to minimize false alerts. Detection zones can also be fully customized according to user preferences.

The smart auto-tracking function allows the HB8 Lite to follow a moving person within its monitoring area to keep the activity within view. The color night vision, supported by integrated spotlights, ensures clear and detailed images even in low-light environments. Intelligent exposure technology automatically balances brightness to produce evenly exposed images both day and night.

Compatible with Wi-Fi 6, the camera benefits from a faster and more stable connection for remote video streaming. It also features two-way audio communication, an active defense siren with flashing lights, compatibility with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, and H.265 video compression technology that significantly reduces storage requirements. Finally, the HB8 Lite supports microSD cards up to 512 GB as well as EZVIZ cloud storage for safely saving important recordings.
