DJI | Robot vacuum cleaner and mop Romo S

The DJI ROMO S redefines home cleaning standards by combining DJI’s drone expertise with cutting-edge technology. This vacuum-mop robot is built on an intelligent detection and control architecture inspired by aerospace, offering ultra-precise, automated, and quiet cleaning suitable for all home environments.

Thanks to its advanced sensors and drone-derived technology, ROMO S can detect objects as thin as 2 mm (such as cables or cards) with millimeter-level precision. It combines a dual fisheye vision system with a wide-angle dual-emitter semiconductor LiDAR for smooth, obstacle-free navigation.

Its route planning relies on drone-based mapping algorithms, enabling complete and optimized floor coverage. Unlike robots with random patterns, ROMO S adjusts its path in real time based on obstacles and surface type to avoid missed spots or unreachable corners.

With a 25,000 Pa suction power, ROMO S ensures deep and powerful cleaning. Its high-performance motor, equipped with a 9-blade metal fan and optimized airflow design, delivers consistent suction—even on carpets or heavily soiled floors.

To reach tricky areas, ROMO S includes two extendable robotic arms. Guided by real-time mapping, they enable targeted cleaning along walls, around table legs, and into corners—spots often left untouched by conventional robots.

ROMO S’s base station features a high-pressure self-cleaning system. Its all-in-one cleaning plate with four powerful jets and a large-diameter waste outlet removes residue effectively, preventing odors and reducing manual maintenance.

For added comfort, the robot includes a three-stage noise reduction system within its base, using extended mufflers and multiple soundproof chambers. This results in up to 80% noise reduction during dust emptying and mop cleaning, ensuring quiet operation even around pets or children.

Lastly, it supports customized washing using liquid detergents tailored to preferences and surface types, and features a modern transparent design that makes it both a high-tech appliance and a stylish home accessory.
