Yes, all Hifi International shops are authorised to value your property and offer you compensation in the form of a gift card. You can find your nearest shop here.

• Do I have to provide the original packaging and accessories?

Not necessarily. The accessories to be supplied are those that are essential for proper operation, such as power cables. You can send us the device without packaging, but if you are sending it by DPD, please make sure to protect it from damage during transport.

• What appliances can I resell?

We currently take back a large number of smartphones (Apple and Android), tablets, computers, especially Macbooks, as well as games consoles. In collaboration with our partners, we are working daily to expand our trade-in catalogue to include more resalable items.

• How do I resell my device online?

Access our shopping platform and search for your product, either through the search engine or through the category search. Answer a few questions about the condition of your product.
You will be offered a buy-back price. If you are happy with the offer, you can choose to have your product dropped off at our shop or sent to us via DPD. You have 15 days to send us your item, depending on the method of transport chosen.
If you choose to send your item by courier, you will be given a pre-printed label; don't forget to wrap the item carefully and to print out and include the transfer note in your package.

• Why declare the condition of my product accurately?

Hifi offers you a buy-back for your functional products, with or without accessories... Our price estimates are adapted to your declarations. Please make sure you are precise when entering your information and detailing the condition of your device during the diagnostic stage.
When we receive your product, our experts will check the condition of your product and the accuracy of the statements you made in the online estimate. If we find a discrepancy between the declared condition and the checked condition, we will offer you a new purchase price.
If you refuse this counter-proposal, we will return the product to your address.
