• Do I have to provide the original packaging and accessories?

Not necessarily. The accessories to be supplied are those that are essential for proper operation, such as power cables. You can send us the device without packaging, but if you are sending it by DPD, please make sure to protect it from damage during transport.

• What appliances can I resell?

We currently take back a large number of smartphones (Apple and Android), tablets, computers, especially Macbooks, as well as games consoles. In collaboration with our partners, we are working daily to expand our trade-in catalogue to include more resalable items.
