What are the conditions for paying in instalments?

• Payment in instalments is available on our website for baskets from €50 to €4,000, excluding Apple phones, game consoles and gift cards.

• Accepted cards are those issued in Luxembourg, France, Germany, Belgium and throughout the European Union. Bank cards issued outside the EU are not accepted.

• Accepted payment card types: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL.

• Prepaid, virtual and systematic-authorisation cards are not accepted.

• Payment in instalments is a credit, granted subject to acceptance by Alma.

Which products can I pay for in instalments?

You can pay with Alma for all products on our website except Apple-branded phones, game consoles and gift cards. If your basket contains several items, including at least one item from these categories, payment in instalments will not be offered.

I want to pay in instalments. How do I do it?

On the payment page, select “Pay in instalments with Alma”. You will then be redirected to a payment page where you enter your bank card details, just as for a standard payment.

There you will find a summary of your upcoming instalments. You will then receive a summary email with your payment schedule, followed by a reminder email 3 days before each instalment is due.
