How does it work?

Choose Alma when you pay. You can pay 2x or 3x for all items except telephony and gift cards.

Simply enter your credit card details, as you would for a conventional payment.
Your order is validated instantly.
You will then receive an email with the payment schedule, followed by a reminder 3 days before each due date.

Eligibility conditions :

This type of payment is available for all orders, excluding telephony and gift cards, between €50 and €4000.
Cards accepted are those issued in the Euro zone. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact, IDeal.
Prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards are not accepted.

What are the conditions for paying in instalments?

Payment in instalments is eligible on our site for non-telephone baskets ranging from €50 to €4000.
Cards accepted are those issued in Luxembourg, France, Germany, Belgium and the entire European Union. Bank cards issued outside the EU are not accepted.
The types of payment cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact, IDeal.
Prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards are not accepted.

What products can I pay for in instalments?

You can pay with Alma for all products on our site except telephony. If your basket contains several items, including at least one from this category, you will not be able to pay in instalments.

How do I pay in instalments?

On the payment page, select "Pay in instalments with Alma". You will then be redirected to a payment page on which you will need to enter your bank details as for a standard payment.

Here you'll find a summary of your upcoming installments. You will then receive a summary email with your payment schedule, followed by a reminder email 3 days before each due date.

Is it secure to pay in instalments with Alma?

Alma systematically carries out a 3D Secure verification to confirm that you are the owner of the card used. Your bank will then send you a confirmation SMS or a push notification in your banking application, confirming that you have initiated the transaction and that it is not fraudulent.

Is payment in instalments available in your stores?

Payment in instalments with Alma is only available on our website. Paid credit solutions with other operators are available in-store. Please visit our financing stands or ask our sales staff for more information.

I'd like a refund, but I've paid in instalments with Alma. What should I do?

Alma is our payment partner, but it does not have access to our order management. If you wish to cancel your order or obtain a refund, please contact us via our form, specifying your order number.

I've requested a cancellation after I've paid one or more monthly installments. How do I get my money back?

If you return or cancel an order before it has been paid for in full, HIFI International will refund the sums already paid. The remaining instalments will be canceled by Alma.
