What are the conditions for paying in instalments? 

• Payment in several instalments is eligible on our site for baskets excluding telephony, games consoles and gift cards, ranging from €50 to €4,000

• Cards accepted are those issued in Luxembourg, France, Germany, Belgium and the entire European Union. Bank cards issued outside the EU are not accepted. 

• The types of payment cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact, IDeal. 

• Prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards are not accepted.

What products can I pay for in instalments?

You can use Alma to pay for all products on our website except for Apple brand telephones, game consoles and gift cards. If your basket contains several items, including at least one item from this category, split payment will not be offered.  

How do I pay in instalments? 

On the payment page, select "Pay in instalments with Alma". You will then be redirected to a payment page on which you will need to enter your bank details as for a standard payment. 

Here you'll find a summary of your upcoming installments. You will then receive a summary email with your payment schedule, followed by a reminder email 3 days before each due date.
