Tracking order delivery

All orders placed before 3 pm on hifi.lu (excluding large appliances, ordered before 11 pm) are shipped the same day! Beyond that, your order will be shipped the next day.

Large appliances are delivered and installed by our own installers and our own fleet. For this reason, we do not offer delivery beyond the Grand Duchy and nearby border regions. More informations

Home delivery via Post Packup Luxembourg : delivered in 24 hours

When you place an order with delivery via Post in Luxembourg:

• 1/ When your order is validated, we will confirm it by email

• 2/ When your order is shipped (taken over by the carrier), an email with the tracking number will be sent to you

• 3/ When your order is delivered, your invoice will be sent to you automatically by email

Home delivery via DPD (LU/FR/BE/DE/): delivered in 24/72 hours

When you place an order with delivery via DPD:

• 1/ When your order is validated, we will confirm it by email

• 2/ When your order is shipped (taken over by the carrier), an email with the tracking number will be sent to you

• 3/ When your order is delivered, your invoice will be sent to you automatically by email

Delivery to a pickup point via Chronopost (FR/BE/DE): delivered in 24/72 hours

When you place an order with delivery to a pickup point:

• 1/ When your order is validated, we will confirm it by email

• 2/ When your order is shipped (taken over by the carrier), an email with the tracking number will be sent to you

• 3/ When your order is delivered, your invoice will be sent to you automatically by email
